Pumping Tracker is a pumping log for iPhone: a session timer with left and right amounts, today's total against your goal, next-pump reminders, a freezer stash in use-by order, trends and PDFs.
On Today, tap Start pumping. The timer starts right away. Tap the left or right side of the screen to add half an ounce (or 10 mL), hold to keep adding, and use the small minus in each corner to take some off. Then tap Done. You can hide the session and come back; the timer keeps going. Missed one? Tap Log a past session.
In Settings, turn on Remind me, choose From the start or From the end, and set the interval. With From the start, a 9:00 session and a 3 hour interval means a reminder at 12:00. With From the end, a session that ends at 9:20 means a reminder at 12:20. The reminder moves each time you log a session. If you don't get it, check that notifications for Pumping are on in iOS Settings, and that a Focus mode is not holding them.
Open Stash and tap Add a bag. Set the amount, where it goes and the day you pumped it. The app shows the bag number, date, amount and use-by date to write on the bag. Tap a bag to mark it used, move it, or discard it. Moving a frozen bag to the fridge marks it as thawing, with a use-by of the next day.
From the storage times in Settings, which start at 4 days in the fridge, 6 months in the freezer and 12 months in a deep freezer, based on the CDC's general guidance. You can change them. They are not medical advice; follow your care team's advice for your baby.
Open Trends. With Pumping Pro, choose a range and tap Create PDF. Free users can preview the log; the preview is marked SAMPLE. The caregiver sheet is on the Stash tab.
Settings, Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account you bought Pumping Pro with.
