Odo ("the app") is a supervised-driving practice log for iPhone, made by Brian Kershner. It is designed so that your data stays on your device.
Your driving log (drives, dates, durations, hours you entered from before Odo, supervisor names, notes, and any names you enter) is stored only in the app's local database on your iPhone. It is never uploaded, synced, or transmitted to us or anyone else. The app works fully offline and has no account system. Odo does not use GPS and does not track anyone's location.
If you buy Odo Pro, the purchase is processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat, a purchase-management service, to validate purchases. RevenueCat receives a random anonymous identifier and your purchase history for this app, never your name, contacts, or driving log. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
Odo contains no analytics SDKs, no ads, and no tracking. We do not collect usage data.
PDF and CSV exports are created on your device and shared only where you choose to send them (print, email, AirDrop, etc.).
If you start a free trial and allow notifications, Odo schedules one reminder on your iPhone for the day before the trial ends. It is created on the device and is not sent from a server. Odo does not use push notifications.
If you enable the app lock, authentication is handled entirely by iOS. Odo never sees your biometric data.
Odo is intended for teen drivers and their parents. Because no personal data leaves the device, no personal data about anyone, including minors, is collected by us.
Delete any drive in the app, use Settings → Delete all drives, or simply delete the app. Everything it stored goes with it.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address.
