Chores: Cleaning Schedule ("the app") is a house cleaning schedule and chore chart app for iPhone, made by Brian Kershner. It is designed so that your data stays on your device.
Your rooms, chores, schedules, household member names, check-offs, points, and notes are stored only in the app's local database on your iPhone. They are never uploaded, synced, or transmitted to us or anyone else. The app works fully offline and has no account system. The app does not use your location.
If you buy Pro, the purchase is processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat, a purchase-management service, to validate purchases. RevenueCat receives a random anonymous identifier and your purchase history for this app, never your name, household, or chores. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
The app contains no analytics SDKs, no ads, and no tracking. We do not collect usage data.
The printable chore chart is created as a PDF on your device and shared only where you choose to send it (print, email, AirDrop, and so on).
The app is intended for adults who run a household. A household may include children's first names; those names are stored only on the device and are never transmitted to us or anyone else.
Delete any chore, room, or person in the app, use Settings, then Delete all data, or simply delete the app. Everything it stored goes with it.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address.
